Here's one way the BBC could have got some data for writing their story about Epstein conspiracy theories. There are many tools out there. Unfortunately this one doesn't give an indication that it was Trump who retweeted Terrence Williams, giving him the top engagement.

Fake accounts dominate the social media landscape in US politics. We don't know if they're run by consultancies paid by the Trump campaign, or if they're Russian, or what they are. And no one seems to be even trying to find out.
