@MBuhari rhetorical question on where Nigeria’s power was in spite of the administration of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo spending $16 billion in the sector has raised dust.
The Obasanjo administration also spent N273.65 billion on Power Holding Company of Nigeria from 1999 to 2007.
