$BUR is due to hold a call with bondholders in an hour. Management should answer these 7 questions:
1) Where did $BUR mark Petersen as of June 30, 2019?
2) $BUR IFRS Investment Income breakout in the Notes shows Net Realized Gains, which is Monetization minus Invested Capital. Why, if not to mislead, does BUR repeatedly discuss “Realized Gains”, (Monetizations minus Carrying Values)?
3) What were $BUR gross Fair Value Gains (i.e., the sum of all fair value gains in the period, excluding deductions to balance out previously booked FV gains shown in Net Realized Gains) in H1 2019, 2018, and H1 2018?
4) How to reconcile $BUR cash flow statement to the investment performance table for historical periods? How much of the cash inflows and outflows in 2018 and H1 2019 were from purchases and sales of Level 1 assets?
5) How does $BUR current lack of corporate governance (no independent CFO, no directors deemed independent under UK code) benefit investors?
6) How much has $BUR CIO, CFO, and CEO each been paid in 2017, 2018, and H1 2019?
7) During the previous two years, have any members of management pledged shares of $BUR? If yes, how much and by whom?
