(1/11) Our experience at Def Con 27 was incredibly helpful. We want to thank the infosec community members who met with us and shared their grievances, concerns and took their valuable time to listen to what we have been working on with regards to our tech and where it is going. 
(2/11) Hundreds of hours have been spent over the past year by the infosec community reviewing Bitfi tech and claims, and we want to formally thank you for your honest feedback, your desire to protect consumers, and your willingness to share your findings.
(3/11) That effort was not in vain; it has pushed us to innovate and work harder. We owe each of you a big "thank you" for all that you have done. We also owe you an apology.
(4/11) Our responses to these legitimate criticisms and valid concerns have not always been what they should have been, which does not reflect who we strive to be as individuals, as a team, and as a company.
(5/11) We want to offer our appreciation -- and an apology for our initial reaction -- to the “THCMKACGASSCO research team” (@cybergibbons, @saleemrashid, @ryancdotorg and other members.
(6/11) In the future you will see a new Bitfi, one that reflects our deep desire to be a positive force within the blockchain community, and one that wishes to rebuild relationships with the infosec community.
(7/11) We hope each of you allow us to move forward in a spirit of cooperation and sincere appreciation for what the infosec community does.
(8/11) We welcome the dialogue with the community and we hope it will develop as we refine and clarify our claims, and discuss our technology. It is our sincere desire to repair our relationship and earn your trust.
(9/11) In the days to follow we will be introducing key members of our team so people will know who we are, and how each of us can be reached directly. We will also be publishing vetted technical papers about our technology, disclosures about known attack vectors,
(10/11) threat models we have defined for product development, who to contact should you have an issue or concern, and probably some funny memes. From everyone at Bitfi, thank you for listening, educating, and driving us to be a better company.
