I should be able to reset my password at Sprint.com
I should not have to call customer service to reset my password.
I should not have to call customer service SEVEN TIMES and have the call end with tears of frustration and still no password.

I should not be disconnected during calls to customer service.
I definitely should not be disconnected at least twice every time I call.
A call to customer service to RESET MY PASSWORD should not take 30 minutes minimum

Bottom line, I shouldn't be a Sprint customer anymore. This is too hard. I'm sure there are many companies that would love my business and would be able to help me log into their web site.

I should not have to take the matter to Twitter.

The most appalling part of this process is how many times I have been asked WHY I want to log into the web site.

We have a new "most appalling" thing -

I have just been told that my email address with my domain will not work with Sprint dotcom and I have to create an account with Gmail or Yahoo if I want to create an account with Sprint dotcom

I give up. You win.

@sprint The bitch of it is, in order to cancel, I need to log into the account and see when my contracts on multiple lines are up.

And I can't do that. Because I can't log on.

The nearest @Sprint store is 52 miles away.

@sprint After 114 minutes and 38 seconds, Sprint customer service has terminated the call and said someone will contact me within SEVENTY TWO HOURS

It's happy hour in Dewey Beach. Thank god.
