I should be able to reset my password at Sprint.com
I should not have to call customer service to reset my password.
I should not have to call customer service SEVEN TIMES and have the call end with tears of frustration and still no password.

I definitely should not be disconnected at least twice every time I call.
A call to customer service to RESET MY PASSWORD should not take 30 minutes minimum

Bottom line, I shouldn't be a Sprint customer anymore. This is too hard. I'm sure there are many companies that would love my business and would be able to help me log into their web site.

I should not have to take the matter to Twitter.

We have a new "most appalling" thing -

I have just been told that my email address with my domain will not work with Sprint dotcom and I have to create an account with Gmail or Yahoo if I want to create an account with Sprint dotcom

I give up. You win.
@sprint The bitch of it is, in order to cancel, I need to log into the account and see when my contracts on multiple lines are up.

And I can't do that. Because I can't log on.

The nearest @Sprint store is 52 miles away.
@sprint After 114 minutes and 38 seconds, Sprint customer service has terminated the call and said someone will contact me within SEVENTY TWO HOURS

It's happy hour in Dewey Beach. Thank god.

To be clear, this is 100% consistent with my previous position, which was: Don't open an impeachment inquiry because there's no going back.

But they did. So they have my full support. Because there's no going back.

I'll explore this more in the day time, but there's a reason all the media types are bashing Nancy and banging the drum for impeachment.

Retail has holidays
Restaurants have the dinner rush
TV has sweeps

That's what cataclysmic news stories like impeachment are for media

They aren't rushing us to impeachment out of personal outrage, or altruism, or bc they know more than you.

They DEFINITELY aren't doing it because it's good for Democrats

They want it because - win or lose - it means exposure and money and professional opportunity for them.

Y'all are all going to cling to your own conclusions but don't be lulled into complacency bc everyone you see on TV agrees with you. There's a reason they book those guests and not people who will tell you the downsides

They want you to force Nancy's hand for them
