I should be able to reset my password at Sprint.com
I should not have to call customer service to reset my password.
I should not have to call customer service SEVEN TIMES and have the call end with tears of frustration and still no password.

It should not require a support ticket to reset my password.
If a support ticket is generated, I should have been contacted about a resolution.
I should not be told that maybe, just maybe, I have never even been registered with Sprint dotcom

I should not be disconnected during calls to customer service.
I definitely should not be disconnected at least twice every time I call.
A call to customer service to RESET MY PASSWORD should not take 30 minutes minimum

Bottom line, I shouldn't be a Sprint customer anymore. This is too hard. I'm sure there are many companies that would love my business and would be able to help me log into their web site.
I should not have to take the matter to Twitter.

The most appalling part of this process is how many times I have been asked WHY I want to log into the web site.

We have a new "most appalling" thing -
I have just been told that my email address with my domain will not work with Sprint dotcom and I have to create an account with Gmail or Yahoo if I want to create an account with Sprint dotcom
I give up. You win.
