The irony of things in a dying society is that Justice is also far from the family of the rich as well. If a rich woman publicly declares Police/EFCC raided her house & stole her jewelries, 80% of you will ask her where she got the money to buy the jewelry & justify the crime.
The dangerous trajectory we are currently on will spare no class. Those working hard to remain the last of the dwindling middle class will be worse hit. You will be called names for your success & assumed fraudulent for your lack of complaint about the harsh economy.
They have made it easy to deem anyone who is wealthy a thief once they are not in bed with the aberration. Which police station will you go to now without being taxed before they can even listen to your petition? They know poor people don’t seek justice at police stations.
I got a distress call from an area occupied mostly by Army Generals. Armed robbers have been robbing them blind in the area and have even robbed some of the generals. You can see how odd it looks for an Army General to report this at police stations to impoverished officers.
If you know you know. If I come out here talking about the injustice to the rich it will never trend or even get the needed attention. People will say “Na dem dem. They ate our money & should be punished. If armed robbers can focus on the rich we will be glad” this is us now.
I read/listen deeper than I tweet. Nigeria may soon become the description of the word damnation with the current transmogrification. Our people are mutating & human compassion is dwindling. Empathy is becoming alien. People are killing for vanity with pathological obsession.
You and I can easily waltz into a station and try our luck with reporting an injustice. But do you think reputable people in society can do the same with the monster our police have become? No one wants to be a cash cow of any DPO. Justice bought sets a chain reaction in motion.
Stop looking at society from the prism of social stratification. Humanity connects us all and the same color of blood unite us all as a race. Nothing justifies injustice and we must stop giving excuses for crimes against people we are prejudiced about. These things come around.
I am not fighting for the poor. I am defending Humanity. I don’t see social stratification, religion, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation. I see only a society I share humanity with. Nothing else. So it is not about class but that which unites us all. Please understand this! 
My free advise to those stealing and killing themselves to be perceived as rich, know that it is a trap. No amount of money satisfies people chasing money. The consequences are dire but sadly you won’t know this till you get trapped in the loop while hungry for political power.
Political power is often used to secure riches (Ill-gotten mostly). It also guarantees the sustainability of the flow of income & protection by connections which make most immune to the laws. But soon enough you’ll realize political power is termed & expensive to renew.
The best place to be is in the middle. You enjoy both worlds while making use of your cognizance of the pulse on the street. This is why the middle class is the first target of the evil policies of the ruling class to ensure only those they approve cross the class barrier.
The poor are mostly canon fodders weaponized against themselves in a self genocidal way with strategically targeted social construct they proliferate through generations (I.e. I beta pass my Neighbour construct). From 2015 the middle class was also programmed...
...they were rigged against themselves as the concluding stage of the assembly line literacy program mistaken for education by those morbidly entitled in the society. The village of goons that depends on Govt for jobs and opportunities. Those who live to argue amidst themselves.
These are the ones the police feed from. They are the ones that worship their oppressors and find fault each time there is hope in sight. They are the self genocidal hub that sees life as a party to be thrown, while they bicker for a living. They are the ones with ego issues.
These classifications are based on years of study of the ruling class and how they see the people. So in the attempt to break the spirit of revolution, regime security must be priorized over national security. It has now become obvious that the police are not meant to protect.
At least not us. But a handful in the good books of their ruler. Once they show loyalty they can get away with murder as rigged. This is why all our institutions have become toxic and riddled with impunity and our streets painted with blood. It can only get worse. Unless we ...
