Some devs find joy in finding ways to make hard problems easier.

Some devs find joy in solving the hard problems.

Most teams need both of these perspectives, and it's ok to only be one of them
I, for one, am the former and I happen to be on a team that includes the latter, which is awesome.

I think design systems teams tend to attract those like me, and we need more to acknowledge how important it is to have both.
Of course we are all a little bit of both, but it's a definitely a spectrum and it's good to be self aware of where you fall :)
