FWIW: Quick thread Jacob Sullivan transcript from Judicial Watch lawsuit...

He used gmail, as well as State Dept address.

judicialwatch.org/wp-content/upl…
How often did he use it? He had his attorneys search for them in his gmail account and they turned over 9500 email (over 4 year period at State).
JW: Were you hacked?

JS: I’m not aware of it being hacked.

JW: Ambassador Stephen Mull thought you were in 2011.
Interestingly, Jacob Sullivan mentions that he predominantly used them while traveling... 🙄
Here is a likely example of his private email address (notice the redaction)

When looking at foia.state.gov if the back portion of the address is redacted, it’s probably a private address.

They were all using them...

They even considered getting ahead of the problem a bit by blaming State Dept IT/Equipment (2nd email).
This is worse than Gross Negligence; they used them after China hacked Google!

One more thing - he definitely sent classified info via gmail.

But this illustrates how they answer ‘no’ when they really mean ‘yes’.
It seems evident that JW was looking to see if they were trying to avoid the FOIA process for issues re Benghazi...

So don’t forget about this ‘Smoking Gun’ that JW found.
