Thread on organizing qualitative data & get correlation of news etc in 1 sec. The way bbg sets up is that most things are tagged like an item (news, tweets, research) once they are published. Say @realDonaldTrump tweets.

@realDonaldTrump Notice how messy it is though b/c it has Retweets & reply. He does a lot of retweets. Btw, I don't follow him on Twitter but set up an alert for him. So u can clean up his cluttered Twitter handle by typing this:

What u can do is set up alerts for Tweets by going to Action & say set up alerts & choose the method u like. U can set this up as a launchpad too (shows up when u log on) - obvs u should do this for @Trinhnomics

U can then get alerts/set as launchpad as if it's a newsfeed. Here's the fun part, u can see if tweets have correlation w/ assets🤗!

Okay, u're there, it shows random macro movers etc. But did u know that u can throw a QUALITATIVE data pt to get asset correlation???

Ex: Trump tweet on higher tariffs (10%->15%) Wanna see assets that moved since?

U drag the tweets that u saw earlier that I showed u into the GMM Go window that u have open.

Example: Tweeted at 724am on BOK holding, those are the assets that moved since that tweet.

@realDonaldTrump U can also control this by seeing say since I tweeted at 724am & latest news of BOK came out was 849am & u drag that into the GMM window u have & u see the macro overs since that news broke that the BOK held as expected (by @Trinhnomics too!) Ok, cool right? Can do w/ anything🤗!

@realDonaldTrump So u can see that b/c the BOK meeting was today & so the BOK was the biggest news volution increase tc. Also something going on w/ CNOOC & so a lot of that in diff media.

NOT SO MUCH THE PESO.

@realDonaldTrump @nickmuchi A few more things. If u type chart before any security, it charts the security so skips permutation. Type AID gets ur the AI data I mentioned above that summarizes key stuff u need to know.
