Technically never indicted, but punished severely anyway by never flying again.

Aaand i was wrong: the 1967 Outer Space Treaty does NOT prohibit normal weapons, only weapons of mass destruction.

Thus Russian Almaz military crafts which flew with anti-craft weapons were legal.
