High IQ doesn’t translate to high FIQ.
There are broke Profs & poor MBA holders.
It is one thing to know about money, it’s another to understand it.
People's financial well beings are the consequences of large &small financial decisions.
Your FQ score is based on your understanding of how money works & how to conserve and grow wealth with a calculated risk.

I believe in Hard and Smart work, good money management and meticulous investing as a path to wealth. My confectionery business isn’t inferior to my consulting business or other income sources. They all bring money in and my bank account doesn’t discriminate when the inflow comes
A lot of people are hoping to hit a jackpot or get a sudden windfall and they meticulously enumerate how they plan to spend it once it comes.
If only they can with that zeal put in efforts at working their way into wealth and comfort; obviously a longer and more demanding route.
Listen to drivers when they sit together, folks at the barbers shop etc. You would think the level of education is what makes people have this what-I-will-do-when-my-Money-arrives mentality; however there are educated folks who live in this world of fantasy also.

6 Financial Lessons I learnt working with and for my Boss, Big Brother and Business Mentor who turns 60 today.
He’s an accomplished and successful businessman in all regards.
1. You may have all the billions in the world; your spouse and children should feel the impact of your wealth the most . Don’t be good outside and mean inside. Be financially responsible.
2. That a tap is flowing doesn’t meant you should keep it running. Open it when you need to fetch and close it when you are done. Don’t even let it drip. Guard your finances. That you earn or make much doesn’t mean you should spend anyhow. Apply common and financial sense.

The 5 stages of your financial journey.

1. Instability (learning to live below your means)
2. Stability (succeeding in living below your means)
3. Security (learning how to save for the future)
4. Freedom (high savings rate, passive income)
5. Abundance (focus on helping others)
Financial Instability.

This is a phase where you are in survival mode & do not have a healthy relationship with money, nor enough personal finance knowledge. In most case, you spend more then you earn & the shortfall is made by increasing your debt level. Furthermore...
...you could even be dependent on parent's money or government benefits.

The solution here is to start educating yourself in personal finance basics. You start reading the classic books, watching YouTube videos and following financial figures who share money wisdom.

Prediction: a huge class action lawsuit by influencers banned or demonetized by social networks will lead to recognizing & protecting:
- accounts as personal property
- posts as free speech

The more livelihoods depend on social influence, the likelier this becomes.
To be featured in this class action lawsuit:

There are several legal precedents for this:
