On a completely different note, @realDonaldTrump is looking pretty darn good in raw via one of the more swingy districts in Miami.

Green = strongly approve
Blue = somewhat approve
Red = somewhat disapprove
Cream/off-white = strongly disapprove

Alt/small green = unsure/undecided
@realDonaldTrump Worth noting, while that is raw, it is more female and educated than the actual electorate, which can be taken with it being slightly more Democratic than the actual electorate, as well.

Honestly, I'm a bit surprised by this result.
@realDonaldTrump Though, in a bit of a warning sign for Republicans, the electorate is telling us they are more "moderate" ideologically than they were just 4 years ago.

About 4 points. But you'd be surprised how much that can matter to the overall result.

We have a culture in which everyone pretends to know everything about anything and there's no desire to actually educate themselves about the unknown, issue or someone else's culture.

Retail sales have now exceeded $500 billion for the 8th consecutive month, while people embarrassed themselves talking about a recession.

The consumer is strong. They got spooked by big media, not by data or reality.
Also, I have to acknowledge @TJAnderson1 was right about the retail number last December, which big media had a big fit over. October & November were huge, Dec. came in just below $500B. He noted the early Thanksgiving and shopping season.

He was right.

They had hit that mark for 7 straight months prior.

We were told under Obama retail was dead due to structural econ changes.

There is no valid justification for @FoxNews or any other network to cite a horribly inaccurate poll like Q.

Maybe they think it helps them considering they were the only less accurate poll in 2018. IDK.

What do Gov @AndrewGillum or Senator Bill Nelson think?

Oh right.
I am not trying to be mean here. But to lead a segment based on a @QuinnipiacPoll is intentional. You want to mislead people.
If @BretBaier wanted to be transparent and honest, he’d lead with a caveat. It would say, “Quinnipiac actually hasn’t called a race accurately in three cycles.”

A track record about as bad as Fox News.
