What this woman said is simply not true. I can break this down point by point and prove how untrue it is
1. She said “they add value to the country”. No, the reality is they benefit FROM the value and resources accumulated by Black Americans. And they are usually placed in or near Black communities when they get here. So OUR tax dollars fund them directly
2. And the “less likely to commit crimes” part. Can anyone tell me which immigrant groups was she talking about?
That “less likely to commit crime” talking point is a HUGE lie. When certain immigrants groups come to the US and commit crimes, those stats get absorbed into Black society collective. So crimes like this aren’t recorded as “immigrant crime”, but Blk crime abc7.com/80-charged-inc…
