@srl The Hofeller files play a huge role in this decision. The court was able to determine his step-by-step process of rigging North Carolina's election. It's astonishing to read. The court even included his tables and charts that lay out his secret formulas.
@srl It's just smoking gun after smoking fun—the Hofeller files make it absolutely impossible to deny that the key factor in redistricting was to rig elections in favor of Republicans. The evidence is simply overwhelming. We know exactly how Hofeller did it.
