Right. Off to Gina Miller and others v the PM at the High Court. This is the potentially major legal challenge to the PM's constitutional authority to prorogue Parliament. First task of the day: Write spelling of #proroguing on my hand.
Today's attempted challenge brought by Gina Miller, whose legal action clarified whether ministers or Parliament had the power to declare we were leaving the EU (in legalese, the Article 50 case), may be similarly complicated. I'll be tweeting away in plain English were possible.
Ms Miller's application is backed by Sir John Major (so it's a ex PM-on-PM legal battle), the shadow attorney general, Shami Chakrabarti and Scottish and Welsh governments.
Three of the most senior judges in the land will be hearing the application.
