Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, the anti-Muslim/Islam campaigner who goes by the stage name Tommy Robinson, is out of jail and apparently looking for a hairdresser to sort out his barnet before he goes back to the microphone.
His 9-week sentence appears short - but is in actual fact the halfway point of a nine-month term served in two parts (he was initially locked up for contempt of court in May 2018)
Once he's paid for a haircut, he needs some change for his whopping legal bills (see pic of the Attorney General's costs). He's asking fans to help pay that plus £84k for an appeal.

High Court in Northern Ireland dismisses challenge to leaving the EU without security and trade agreements in place (No Deal) on basis that the case is "inherently and unmistakably political".
The challenge from victims’ campaigner Raymond McCord and others focused on the claim that leaving the EU without a deal governing the on-going relationship would damage Northern Ireland peace process and endanger the 1998 Good Friday Agreement.
Case is now expected to go to an appeal tomorrow.

Boris Johnson's denial about lying to The Queen ducks a key point in the prorogation court cases. The process she is required to follow to shut down Parliament, on his advice, does not necessarily require the PM to fully disclose the totality of his thinking.
This is one of the fundamental issues for the Supreme Court next week. It's undeniable that PMs have executive (prerogative) power to advise The Queen to prorogue Parliament. But did Johnson need to spell out his reasons & can judges intervene in that political consideration?

Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (Tommy Robinson) demonises people fleeing war and devastation. He criticised people whose government was launching chemical attacks in their high streets which burned the skin off children. But a couple of years in a British jail and it's "Donald Help me!!"

YL recalled to give evidence. Caldecott QC asks him about a new sworn statement made overnight. It relates to when he learned that there was no indication displayed at Leeds Crown Court that there were reporting restrictions in force.
Caldecott QC for AG makes further submissions. These relate to the mental element necessary for proving a breach of reporting restrictions. Does the defendant need to know that there is an order in force? Or is recklessness sufficient?

Isaacs has an extensive history of sharing anti-#Muslim sentiment on @Twitter, & has promoted the views of prominent anti-Muslim activists like Robert Spencer.
