research Zhang knew had already been done in China. Zhang intended to use the grant funds for other CFB projects rather than for the projects for which the funds were requested. To obstruct the investigation, Zhang submitted falsified timesheets to government investigators.”

Fayetteville, #Arkansas Doctor Robert Morris Levy, who worked with the Fayetteville #VA, was arrested for mail & wire fraud, making false statements to the VA OIG, and 3 counts of involuntary manslaughter for the death of 3 veteran patients.
Levy was also under the influence while working. He was interviewed for being under the influence of alcohol in 2015, but denied it. (I guess nothing came of it)

In 2016, he appeared drunk again, was tested, and was found to have .396.0 mg/dL in his system and was suspended.
Levy admitted to it & entered a treatment program. After treatment, he made plans to go back to work for the VA. He had to submit to various drug tests, which he passed, however it looks like they found out later that he bought some substance to beat those tests.

30 pdf pages of falsely submitted evidence, cries of stalking when we were actually together, together, after 1.5 year and half of being kept from proving allegations, WERE DELETED. PURGED, EXPUNGED, COPPERFIELDED!!!
This happened. After knowing they were false too, that's why I was kept from the bank records as well. But no. And This will not happen to me. Its right there. 30 fucking pages purged from the records because they were CRIMINALLY submitted. Beyond falsely, and now, purged. No way
Want me to prove ac priv break? A day after the hack, I downloaded messages and sent over an email that's pure fraud, it shows how my ex will hide doing coke with my fam, just after sending me pictures with her, and she wrote an email that's pure fraud.

Prosecutors wanted to bring all charges in DC, but lacked venue for the tax & bank-fraud charges anywhere but #VA, where Manafort owns a home.

Manafort refused waive his venue rights so all charges could be brought in DC, likely b/c a VA jury would be better for him.🤔
But Manafort cannot avoid having his next trial in DC, where a jury would NOT be likely to be sympathetic towards him (or Trump).😃
