There are published statistics on the survival rates of pre-mature births. 0 newborns born at 22 wks. EGA survive to discharge without major morbidity per 100 births. The same party that is making is stripping away protections for pre-existing conditions, 
and in Republican-lead states stripping kids of their Medicaid, is sponsoring this bill.
The AP fact checked this topic. The CDC recorded 143 deaths over an ELEVEN year period involving infants born alive during attempted abortion. apnews.com/273acfa7888d40…

There are incidents when labor must be induced because of a danger to the mother’s health. In those instances, doctors do not “kill” the infant.
@RepAnnWagner is using the most difficult time for women and families to help her re-election in 2020. She is inserting herself into the most difficult decision a woman, parent and family will have to make, undermining the doctor-patient relationship.
