Got off a discovery call w/a lead

Initial lessons:

👉Sandler is very natural & effective, not pushy at all
👉Prospect understood give a lil, get more ROI
👉Prospect wanted to see wireframes & sketches to have an idea

So, we nurture & follow-up into Nov as work also picks up

Again, this is why marketing & volume are more important bcuz it takes getting in more reps to build field experience & creativity

Overall, satisfied progress is being made

He's in a LinkedIn group where I nurture leads & build trust by adding value and showing the HOW & the WHY behind web design & how it puts more $ in ur pocket

This is why you need to push mad volume

Now, at multiple points in the call we exchanged empathy & mutual understanding spine vibes

This is a good sign

Order of ?'s:

1.) So...tell me about....(play dumb)
2.) Upfront contract, no "maybes", can we agree
3.) Where r u NOW.....Where do u wanna be
4.) Where's issue

5.) "Okay, so you are _____ and doing ______ and wanna get to ______ (relay ur interpretation back)
6.) "Are you getting any leads online/online presence?"
7.) "How's that effecting your business?"
8.) "Okay...so how much do u have set aside?"

"The decisions? Do you have partners? Do u have businessmen that aren't on any paperwork? (Play dumb)
