- Effect of prorogation "to deprive Parliament of a voice".

- Fact Government hasn't provided all the evidence is "deeply concerning".

"... Effect of prorogation is to prevent Parliament from discharging its role during a time-critical period", the result of which is that there is "no meaningful political control of that decision until after the damage has been done".
"Deeply concerning" that there is an "absence which ought to have been available but not been provided".
