Says Dems timed impeachment push to coincide with UN meetings. Also talks about building a "beautiful wall."
Boasts about the "anti-climb" panels atop the wall.

Then segues into discussion of Iranian and Venezuelan corruption and conversations with Franklin Graham about religious liberty.
Trump discloses at the UN presser that there is a second call with Zelensky and suggests that Democrats request a memo about that call as well.

This is after he recommends that Democrats should request records of Pence's phone calls too.

Voice recognition software was used on the Trump/Zelensky call.

The rough transcript the White House released was developed via the voice software along with aides from the White House national security team who were listening in, per a senior admin official.

I'm just not sure what the red line is anymore for an impeachable offense for some lawmakers. Frankly, we crossed it ages ago for most legal interpretations of it.

This administration's defense for this and so many other nefarious activities is that the President of the United States is literally above the law. That's it. That's their defense -- that nothing is illegal when you're in the highest office in the land.

This may backfire on the Dems

It's a legitimate request to look at a flagrant abuse of state power by Biden
Biden forced Ukraine to fire a prosecutor who was going to investigate the corrupt oligarch his son Hunter worked for by threatening to withhold $1B. Biden brags about it in this video,

If Trump was talking to #Ukraine about this real abuse
Biden is the one w/ a big problem
Trump has every right to ask a foreign leader to investigate corrupt actions of a former US VP

It would be wrong to let Biden slide because he is running for office again. His abuse of power previously is a matter that deserves investigation regardless
