You need an affirmation
Something you can say to yourself everyday, multiple times a day, in order to help create confidence within you
Make this habitual, and it will make quite the difference in your self perception (which creates a chain reaction by influencing your thoughts, feelings, and actions)
Keep a journal, record voice memos, start a video diary - anything that will help you keep track of the thoughts and feelings you have and actions you take in any given day
You accomplish a few things by doing this...
Thoughts and feelings can be fleeting
They come with enough time to effect us, but leave before we can observe them or ask ourselves why we’re having them in the first place
We all have patterns and cycles we subconsciously perpetuate
By keeping a record over time, you’ll begin to see how these patterns impact your internal worldview, which is what shapes your external experience
Change the patterns, and you’ll change your life
The truth is, improving confidence takes time and consistent effort
Crush it for 30 days, see and feel the difference, but don’t stop there
