You are a creator in every single moment, whether you realize it or not

We never lose our demons, we only learn to live above them

Time is not the great mover, what you do with your energy in relation to time is

You’re not scared of what you think you’re scared of, you’re scared of the shadows they cast on your mind

In a world of relentless information and noise, the ability to be still becomes a powerful skill

Cultivate it

In a world of short attention spans and endless distraction, the ability to focus becomes a superpower

Master it

In a world of hyper advancement and progress, the ability to be present becomes essential

Internalize it

Thought, feeling, and the way they are translated into action

That is the cause, your life is the effect

Self sufficiency ≠ isolation

People need other people

Every ripple you make has all the potential to become a great wave

Never stop making ripples

In order to gain more of anything, you must learn to utilize what you already have

Affluence in every area comes from resourcefulness, not resource

The mind is the creator

The body is the builder

The heart is the compass

Planning is crucial

Fail to plan, plan to fail

Things hardly ever go according to plan

Have a vision for two steps ahead, five steps ahead, and ten steps ahead

Only focus on what’s two steps ahead

Maintained success requires adaptability and resiliency

Adaptability and resiliency are products of surmounting challenge and failure

What matters and what’s important are two different things

Learn to tell which is which

The fucks you give should be treated as both extremely valuable and extremely limited

Use them accordingly

Sexual energy is creative energy, and should be channeled into pursuits that don’t involve your genitals

You are a conduit for something greater than yourself

The probability of you even existing at all comes out to 1 in 10^2,685,000 (that’s a 10 followed by 2.6+ million zeroes)

You are a miracle

We are currently living through a second renaissance of art, culture, technology, and optionality

Make proper use of this incredible time

Everyday is a new opportunity to step into your ideal self, living your ideal life
