2) Horrible stories of bad things happening w/ guns make no more sense then looking at only lives saved

3) “The ability to accept detachable magazines is the most important feature” Magazines are trivially easy to make. Anyone with simple machine tools can make a magazine. They are a box with a spring in them. IAC, this sounds like they want to ban all semi-auto

4) they are also focusing on assault pistols.

5) BTW, the smaller .223 round used in AR-15 is more likely than wound than kill compared to higher caliber.

Got loud applause. None of the gun control advocates on the panel were able to say the oppose banning semi-auto hunting rifles.

Gun with zero stopping FN57, so arguing no point in having the gun?
FN 57, 5.56 mm bullet is the same as a 22 caliber. Should we ban .22 caliber guns?

9) @replouiegohmert is right that the .223 round has less stopping power than larger caliber handgun rounds.
