Here are the highlights as I read through it.

Claims Rudy Giuliani is a "central figure" in this presidency attempting to obtain foreign assistance to win the 2020 election.

Whistleblower admits they're not an eyewitness to any of these events, but were informed of them by more than a half dozen other U.S. government officials.

Names the July 25th phone call to the Ukrainian government as the culprit here. But doesn't address the transcript of that call released yesterday. Also claims WH officials informed him/her of what went on with the call.

Whistleblower says he/she did not hear the call, but received a readout of it.

Claims WH officials attempted to "lock down" the call in the days after, concerned about how it would look. WH lawyers allegedly wanted to "remove the electronic transcript from the computer system." This is a cover-up allegation.

More details of Giuliani's attempts to obtain assistance from Ukraine with going after Biden, including a meeting in Madrid "on or about August 2." But whistleblower doesn't know if Ukraine officials actually spoke with Giuliani.

Tries to connect columns in The Hill back in March alleging Ukrainian election interference and malfeasance by Biden as part of this effort by Giuliani. Also notes Trump commented on these articles on Fox News a month later. This is a claim or coordination.

Concludes by using mainstream media coverage of Giuliani's travels and Trump's own comments back in June he would use information from foreign governments if it helped him politically.
