March 7, 2018 proposed action being delivered to Rosenstein to the attention of Robert Hur.
Included in the case by OPR is precedent for other cases under the same FBI offense code, Comey testimony, Media Policy and his lawyers proposed response to OIG draft report (March 8, 2018)
DAG will be final decision-maker in the matter. Reach out to Scott Schools (ugh) for further information.
The report then jumps to Schools and Hur discussing FBI SES policies, they note that the relevant pages are 15-18 (which if you read say nothing about employees who have already resigned) so it's murky.
In October 2016, Comey asks OPR's thoughts on what can happen to an employee that resigns during an OPR investigation...?
October 24th, 2016 McCabe send's cryptic memo to EAD's and AD's to better identify and address "important policy issues that are brewing at the White House"

**would be interested to see @The_War_Economy thoughts on this timing.
@The_War_Economy Guessing this is what McCabe's lawyers are using as defense, here we see McCabe acknowledging his effort to "shape" WSJ story and Comey asks if he can help also provides cell for reporter? Someone in FBI?
@The_War_Economy Schools has a meeting with McCabe and his lawyers, here they respond his termination is deeply flawed (blah blah) and McCabe basically couldn't remember everything in the fog of war. It ends with them requesting a personal meeting with AG (March 16, 2018)
@The_War_Economy A ranting 7 page letter from McCabe's lawyer (aka Dr. Fords lawyer) basically justifying "Axelrod call" disclosure saying it was in the FBI's best interest and maybe he and Comey had a difference of opinion. PS- is that the deal? FBI can disclose to press if it's good for them?
@The_War_Economy BWAHAHAH! Same day lawyers sent letter, AG Sessions has very in-depth reply (worth reading) and confirms McCabe must be dismissed.
@The_War_Economy His full response for those interested.
