Call congressional offices directly or through the switchboard. If you do not have the direct number, you can reach US representatives by calling 202-225-3121, and US senators by calling 202-224-3121. Ask the operator to connect you to the individual office.
Let them know and it will make a difference. It’s not hard. If you have two minutes to tweet and affect nothing, you have two minutes to call & turn the tide of our nation. It will turn the tide. You do matter.
I called both @SenTedCruz & @RepKayGranger offices. It took -4 min.They listen.They’re respectful. Make your voice heard. Make your phone call a common and easy extension of your Twitter account. Don’t let America become UK & France in flames.Stand up for God, Prosperity & Peace

Many Americans think that women got the vote by asking nicely. They didn't.

After 50 yrs of little progress how did they finally get action? They protested in ways that enraged Americans. For a time, they were reviled.

On March 3, 1913, during Woodrow Wilson's Presidential inauguration, the National Women's Party held a protest march in DC. Imagine if the Women's March in 2017 had been on Inauguration Day. Imagine the anger at women's incivility and lack of respect. It was like that. 2/10
