11 days on the Hawaiian Islands of Oahu, Kauai, and Maui followed by two days in San Diego

Day 1

Direct flight to Oahu, 10.5 hour flight, the marriage will be tested early with the amount of bags someone needed...

Stayed at Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki Beach

Explored the beach and ended up at Tiki's Bar and Grill for some food, music & Mai Tai's

Day 2

Visited Pearl Harbor. The Arizona Memorial just re-opened earlier this month so was able to pay our respects up close. Very humbling experience.

Toured the Punchbowl National Cemetery.

Took in the sunset in an infinity pool before dinner at Mahina and Suns

Day 3

Had to stop at McDonald's before taking off to Kauai

Stayed at the amazing Koa' Kea Hotel (easily our favorite resort)

Hung out at the beach /pool and discovered the magic drink button before heading to Red Salt for dinner

Day 4

Kauai Beer Company, for some fish tacos and beer flights

Helicopter tour around the Garden Island, 70% of the island isn't accessible by roads. Saw Jurassic Falls, Waimea Canyon, and the Na Pali Coast

Day 5

Hiked the Waimea Canyon Trail, the Grand Canyon of the Pacific. Not a hiker so not as easy as they said it would be but worth it at the end for the views

Took a dip in the waterfall at the top of the hike

Massive shaved iced for snack and great Hula Pie at Keoki's

Day 6

Drove to see the Wailua Falls and 'Opaeka'a Falls

Walked the grounds of the old Kamokila Hawaiian Village

Koala Fish Market for some authentic poke and plate lunch

Sunset at Poipu Beach saw the turtles before encore dinner at Red Salt for the sushi menu this time

Day 7

Stopped at the famous Puka Dog before heading to Maui

Walked around to get a lay of the land at the Hyatt Regency on Ka'anapali Beach

Took a dip the ocean

Day 8

Woke up at 2 am to go the top of Haleakala volcano to watch the sunrise from 10,000 ft above sea level

Biked 23 miles back down to volcano

Watched 2H of Danny Dimes' debut and #NYG comeback

Old Lahaina Luau for authentic Hawaiian feast and show

Day 9

Road to Hana - 620 curves and 49 one way bridges each way to the town of Hana. Making stops along the way in the Mustang.

Keane Penisula, Black Sand Beach, Red Sand Beach, other Wailua Falls, 7 Sacred Pools in Ohe'o

13 hour day to makes the 60 mile trip there and back.

Day 10

Finally did not get up before the sunrise, chilled on the beach and swam in the ocean with some beers and sun

Took in another amazing sunset

Dinner at the famous Mama's Fish House (reservations months in advance)

Day 11

Final day in Hawaii

Saw some cool fish snorkeling at the Molokini Crater (didn't get good photos but it was sweet). Drinks and BBQ on the way back to the harbor

Jammed out to some tunes in the 'Stang

Dinner at Jepengo

Day 12

Travel day, back on the Mainland to see our new West Coast residents and favorite niece in San Diego.

Day 13

Morning time with Ella then breakfast with more West Coast friends

Happy Hour at Torrey Pines Golf Club

Cool vibes at Herringbone La Jolla for dinner

Day 14

Brunch at Gravity Heights

USC viewing Party with all the baby friends

Red Eye home :(

Bye Bye Honeymoon

All in all an amazing two week trip and wouldn't be possible without my partner in crime for life!
