These SARS and other police officers on the field don’t have any choice but to go the any length to secure the money for themselves and, most importantly, their bosses.

When these officers commit crimes such as killing, assault, raping innocent citizens, their bosses don’t have a problem with and the “effective” teams that deliver money gainfully will have the backing of the top brasses.
