@benjaminpenn @bloomberglaw Penn claimed that all he did was present DOL with a screenshot of the post and ask for comment. Putting aside the deceptive screenshot, he insinuated Olson was unfit for the role and falsely portrayed Olson's post as "disparaging to Jews". 
@benjaminpenn @bloomberglaw He publicly repeated this lie several times in defense of his actions.
