Lawgeeks, here's the decision and order in Trump v. Vance, in which the district court rejects Trump's request to stop enforcement of a subpoena seeking his tax returns.

He has already noticed his appeal, and Vance told the court he wouldn't act first. courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
In deciding abstention—that is, the idea that fed. courts should stay out of state criminal matters absent an exception—the court finds that Vance's probe does qualify as an ongoing state criminal prosecution, but "not necessarily a prosecution of the President himself."
The court notes the hush-money escapades of the Trump Org, which already resulted in one conviction, in finding that Trump can't show that Vance is acting in bad faith.
