Our 8 pre-startup teams came to Lund with validated insights about customer problems, and are now ideating possible solutions.
In the afternoon, @NancyBocken joined us to inspire the teams using circular strategy cards, and showing that circular solutions exist at product, business model and ecosystem level.
We continued with Alessandro Rossi from @UniTrento explaining how to validate circular solutions.
To close the first day, we tought the entrepreneurs-to-be that expert entrepreneurs aren’t risk takers, but use #effectuation to shape their own environment. What better way to illustrate this than our own entrepreneur @whalenka from @intheloopgames sharing her experience?
The second day of C:\BOOT at @IIIEElund was all about business modeling, followed by an inspiring visit to #GIAB, a company that enables repair and reuse of a tremendous range of products. A story about expert entrepreneurship, mission and careful observation of customers.
