here she is... worth saying again this is an untested area of law and it is impossible to be sure exactly what would happen in this scenario, even tho a lot of lawyers (and MPs ) are already very sure it could never work
apols -everyone following this closely on here and I know there are many, (!) this IS all being tested on almost daily basis in various courts at the moment - my point is this is unprecedented situation and fair to say a rapidly evolving area of law that's hard to predict
eg on the prorogation, 2 extremely experienced courts reached very different conclusions, then many of those who speculated on Supreme Court outcome found their crystal balls not quite so reliable after all - it's boring perhaps to say it, but, maybe let's wait and see
