Valuing #Bitcoin with NVT Signal (credit: @woonomic).

I've published an indicator which tracks NVT Signal against a dynamic 2yr long-term range.

This should hopefully assist in future valuations, as private transactions tend toward inflating NVT Signal.

@woonomic Note: we are currently at the lower side of valuations, suggesting the present is an opportune period to buy Bitcoin.

However, undervaluation can persist for long periods (see 2015-2016).

Generally speaking, as a standalone metric, NVTS is better at identifying market tops.

1/ @SatoshiLite recently debated @rogerkver about the merits of using Lightning Network vs BCash for payments. In the debate Roger brought up a point that needs to be addressed; Roger claimed that it is easier to censor payments on LN than on BCash.

2/ Here is the tweet that Roger mentioned in the interview. In it we see a strongly connected network with one isolated node - the node was named Roger Ver.

Roger claims that the ostracization of this node is not funny, but a sign of censorship.

3/ Let's consider the economics of his claim. It is important to recognize that with Lightning Network, as with #Bitcoin, or even with free markets in general, you never have guarantees of anything - you have incentives that create long term tendencies.

-S1 accumulation range (no media/max opportunity)
-S2 directionnal trend (<<-- THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD TRADE)
-S3 huge volatility (media are nuts/min opportunity)
-S4 final mark down/crash
2/ I told you to look into this article, that was the key for a great trade to do:

- Leave S2 behind
- Act during S3 that's going nowhere (22nd dec -40% day was the clue for S3)
- So you had plenty of time to avoid S4 by beeing invested in it.

3/ #Bitcoin is the key leader and barometer of $CRYPTO sector. Hate it or not. This is just rationnal and reality. As long it's not trending up (S2), $CRYPTO will mostly not trending up.

Your goal is to survive/make minimum mistakes not beeing right every move so avoid S1/S3/S4
