@realDonaldTrump @DeutscheBank In 2011, Deutsche's private bank wanted to lend Trump $125M for the Doral. Senior executives balked because of his clear pattern of defaults. The loan ultimately went through in 2012, but it had an important condition attached....
@realDonaldTrump @DeutscheBank ....It was that Trump had to guarantee that he personally would make Deutsche whole if his LLCs defaulted on the loan. The loan -- and Trump's personal guarantee -- is still outstanding.

The result is that he and Deutsche have a lot riding on Doral being profitable.
