@jpmorgan @FlitterOnFraud A wealthy former @NFL player was getting the runaround from JPMorgan as he tried to open a "private client" account.

An employee offered this explanation for why.

@jpmorgan @FlitterOnFraud @NFL Here, a JPMorgan manager told a black financial adviser not to work with a black woman who had recently come upon hundreds of thousands of dollars.

After @nytimes sought comment from the bank, the manager was put on leave and then resigned.

Jamie Dimon and @jpmorgan @Chase have held themselves up as enlightened and virtuous.

So far the bank’s response to this has been to put a manager on leave and to continue to attack a black employee who was fired after complaining about racial discrimination.
