So back on Oct 16, couple days ago, they made an attempt to slip this through. If they get their way, that would be the end of boards like 4 and 8 chan for example. While those boards do get some sick things on them, still Freedom of Speech and expression also apply here. cont. 
I see no reason why they cant make a legal compliance you have to agree to before actually getting on the board. We come across these all day long. Example, you must be 18 to blah blah blah, by agreeing to this blah blah blah. cont
Some of the things our leaders of this country have to say on a daily bases can make me nuts with the insanity of their comments, but Im not going to go out and shoot a bunch of innocent people over it. People with that sort of disposition will do that anyway regardless.
A part of me thinks they slipped this through on the 16th because they know the 8 is coming back. It was suppose to yesterday. They know dang well with that board back up, its only a matter of time before they get their shady actions dug into. Smells like panic to me. cont
The chans have been around for years and nothing has changed. Why werent they complaining years ago? They didnt care. There was no skin of their noses in all that time. 4 chan is much more hateful why didnt that go down with 8? I think we all know this answer, MmmHmm cont
Perhaps we need to be proactive here and write The Honorable Pompeo ourselves. Let him know how we feel about this blatant attempt to sabotage our Free Speech and our right to dig and research where ever we want to. At least make phone calls to his office so he knows we know. End
