For those MPs who agree with me that (whatever you think of it) Johnson’s deal, and the as yet unseen Bill implementing it, require the same detailed scrutiny that Eurosceptics rightly insisted on giving to the Maastricht and Lisbon legislation, here is the amendment for you.
The effect would be that there would be no motion unfer s1(1)(a) of the Benn Act and Johnson would have to ask for an extension, to give time for proper scrutiny.
