I can't be the only one thinking this: Senate Republicans should hold public hearings on every person the Democrat's interview in the House, and have them explicitly explain everything omitted by House Dems that are being either leaked or publically released. @SenateGOP @GOP
If the House's impeachment investigation/inquiry is going to boldly partisan, with Republicans shut out of the process, the onus is on Republicans to respond in kind. Abuses by House Dems can't be sat idly by and allowed to continue. The public has a right to know.
We're being gaslit by the DNC+MSM machine, and if the GOP is going to resign themselves to a bystander role, then Republicans are going to regret doing so - by their constituents. Stop being the dumb party. Fight back, or we'll remember your surrender during the primaries.
We just need one committee to hold these hearings (likely the judiciary). All non-classified information must be brought to light. If closed-door hearings must be held for anyone, that's fine. But public testimony needs to be brought to light to counter the selective information.
Democrats _will_ impeach. It's only a matter of time. So Senate GOP need to get ready, and play the game exactly as the Democrats are in the House. Specifically tailor the rules identical to how they did during the investigation. Otherwise prepare for losses.
