Also note, not only did this cop summarily execute an unarmed child by shooting him in the back of the head as he ran away, he fired into the backyard of a DAYCARE center. Sit with that for a while.

Although the city are now being sued, the shooting was ruled justified by the PD & the DA's office never brought charges against Villalvazo. He remains employed by the Street Violence Bureau, which the PD describes as being tasked with “locating violent criminals who are wanted.”
