I’m in a car to studio so lines are wobbly. But I’ve wanted to capture the way the players in the Ukraine extortion scheme have used lawyer/client privilege (or claim to have) to bottle up courts or any potential investigators. 
2/ I’ll get the names in later. Most of you know the faces. As you see, Giuliani is representing the two hustlers (Parnas & Fruman). He also says they are his investigators for his representation of Prez Trump & thus are shielded by his L/C privilege representing the President.
3/ Meanwhile there’s a parallel set up with the lawyers for Dmitry Firtash, the oligarch who agreed to manufacture damaging allegations against Joe Biden. Fox power lawyers Toensing and DiGenova are repping Firtash. And Parnas is part of that representation as a “translator.”
4/ Meanwhile Toensing and DiGenova are also repping John Solomon, the disgraced Hill/Fox reporter who they have used to publicize most of bogus material concocted or purchased by Firtash with the assistance of Parnas and Fruman.
5/ And if that’s not enough, President Trump’s former lawyer John Dowd is also representing Parnas and Fruman.
6/ There are several more layers of this I haven’t included and other cash transactions connecting the different players. All the representations here are either from court documents or press reports.
