🔥At a July 10 meeting w/Sondland, Volker, Rick Perry, and 2 Ukrainians, Bolton tried not to commit to a Trump/Zelensky meeting. Sondland got agitated b/c there was an agreement w/Mulvaney that there would be a meeting if #Ukraine opened up the investigations the WH was seeking.
