For several years now, our annual budgets have consistently not been fully implemented. The main reason for this is that our revenue projections have continued to exceed our actual revenue generation.

One of my closest ones approached me yesterday and strongly suggested to me that I put together a brief timeline of events from Friday to Monday, for the benefit of just my own followers, to clarify my position and stand. #Thread
1) I was minding my business on Friday and saw 3 missed calls from @kenifeanyii. I called back and this was when I was hearing about this episode for the very first time. Prior to that, I knew nothing about anything going on in Nigeria.
2) I had very little time for a phone call as I was with my client so I told him to be brief. He vaguely described a visit by some lone female acquaintance. In his own words “we played truth or dare, we drank magical moments.....”

I think the best thing we can do with our teams is create a vulnerability based trust where we can be who we really are. We're never as strong as when we're ourselves.
