Well, this is interesting. 🤔

The #Colorado US Attorney’s office went to court to enforce DEA subpoenas that were issued to a STATE program in ongoing investigations of 2 Colorado pharmacies that dispense opioids & other controlled substances.
It looks like the state program is Colorado’s Prescription Drug Monitoring Program. The DEA had issued subpoenas to them regarding info the pharmacies reported to them.

The Colorado Attorney General’s Office would NOT cooperate & basically flipped the bird to DOJ. Wonder why?
DOJ is requesting a court order to make the following comply w the subpoena: ( what are they hiding?)
