George Kent said in his deposition that Parnas and Fruman were trying to arrange meetings in Ukraine around March 10 and 11th with ...

1) Ivan Bakanov (childhood friend of Zelenskyy, now head of security service).

2) Arsen Avakov (Ukrainian Minister of Interior).
Both Bakanov and Avakov told George Kent about this and might be able shed further light on the conversation.

Here is contemporaneous reporting that supports what Parnas is now saying.

I'm assuming that Parnas (and possibly Fruman) still took the trip, although Giuliani backed out of his own.
Maybe Parnas and Fruman spoke to Zelenskyy's associates (poss. Avakov or Bakanov) and was told that Zelenskyy wouldn't be forced to announce the Biden investigation.

It was then Giuliani claimed Zelenskyy was "surrounded by enemies of the President...and of the United States."

Corrupt Ukrainian businessmen were unhappy with the anti-corruption efforts of Yovanovich.

Starting in Mar 2018, they funneled $$$ thru Parnas/Fruman to U.S. politicians in an effort to get Maria Yovanovich fired. 1/4
The Ukrainians, knowing how Trump responds to "disloyalty," told him Yovanovich was being disloyal to him. It worked. 2/4
Two months later they went to work on Pete Sessions.

Yovanovitch was told her "security" was in danger - because of the White House - and she needed to come home on the next plane. 1/3
Mike Pompeo said he "was no longer able to protect her from President Trump."

Yovanovitch was shocked. 2/3
Despite Yovanovitch taking the first plane home, Trump continued to threaten her in his conversation with Zelenskyy.

She was DONE with her assignment, but Trump says, "She's going to go through some things."

He's a mobster and needs to be removed from office. 3/3

The focus is to distract American's from what Obama's administration did in February 2014 when Ukrainian President, Viktor Yanukovych's government was overthrown for....Corruption. There were consequences for Obama's failure to deal with Russia's invasion of Crimea
Of course there was no pressure Mr President. They can't allow you to investigate the corruption, because American's will learn the extent of global money laundering. The democrats (some GOPe too) used USAID and CFPB as personal piggy banks.

Mr President not only should the Bidens testify, but many more should be investigated. #Ukraine was only a small part of the culture of corruption these bureaucrats have been running. Mr Nunes and the Republican's have a good starter list.
