I welcome any comparison of underlying facts of all three impeachments and would have voted to impeach President Clinton for the reason stated. I can’t imagine you are arguing “all impeachments alike” and thus every set of articles is of the same merit, regardless of procedures
As you are a smart guy I put your inability to distinguish fact patterns and differences in rules sets down to not having spent three years in law school or thirty years practicing. But it is he essence of the rule of law that the facts matter and that the law applied matters.
And I would be pleased to have you on to discuss at length and civilly if you would like to do so. Just send me a DM to that effect and we will set it up. This charade run by Adam Schiff cannot be defended but the ‘74 and ‘98 proceedings can be though both had flaws.
