You'd get more coherance and basic moral credibility out of that fucking table.
If you want more players from outside the EU, then let them in. Britain has control of its non-EU migration rules. If you want more English players in the national team, then select them. We're not exactly at a loss for English people in England.
If you want politicians who have the capacity for honesty or structured thought, then Christ alive vote that guy out.
