The Somalia thing aside: the rough transcript of the July call shows that while Zelensky did indeed criticize Yovanovitch, he said to Trump, "It was great that you were the first one, who told me that she was a bad ambassador." 
Trump previously claimed that Zelensky criticized Yovanovitch "out of the blue." Not only did Zelensky say Trump was the first one to tell him she was a bad ambassador -- Trump said earlier in the call, "The former ambassador from the United States, the woman, was bad news."
Asked by Schiff if she wants to respond to Trump's tweet about things turning bad where she has served, she said, "I don't think I have such powers -- not in Mogadishu, Somalia, and not in other places." She said she believes she and others have "demonstrably made things better."
