A cautionary tale of propaganda: not everything suspicious is bots. In the case of the “I hired Donald Trump to fire people like Yovanovitch” tweets, it’s largely driven by @JackPosobiec; the activity is spammy and coordinated but very little looks automated.

This is BS. Tweeting the same phrase 69 times in 2 hours as @JackPosobiec did is spam, bots or no.
