After much delay, the MoD responded on my RTI saying a reply has been sent by Speed Post.
Except that I never received it.
Normally the reply should also be attached on the RTI website as a PDF since I’d filed online.
That file was missing and is still missing.

I emailed their nodal officer & informed him about it.
First he said they’ll fax it to me. I said I don’t have fax (it’s 2019 for Heaven’s sake)
And then he disappeared & stopped responding. Three follow up emails over 20 days & I’ve been stalled again.

Let the BJP protest against Rahul Gandhi all they want. The truth is that the murky Rafale issue isn’t over yet.
The “chowkidar” has a lot of answering to do.
And I’ll not stop until all these answers are given no matter how much they stall.
